What is Rose Botanica's COVID-19 Policy
Your safety is our prioirty. We are following the CDC and PHAC hygiene and social distancing guidelines—practicing frequent, proper handwashing and respiratory etiquette; using alcohol-based sanitizing spray; regularly disinfecting key touchpoints with EPA-registered disinfectants.
What is rose botanica’s shipping rates?
Rose Botanicais happy to offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $50.
For orders under $50.standard shipping rates apply.
Rose Botanica ships within 1-3 business days of order.
Where does rose botanica ship?
Rose Botanica ships throughout the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Do you offer gift-wrapping?
All shipments are complimentary gift wrapped and include a branded Rose Botanica box, tissue paper and note card.
What is the return policy?
Rose Botanica will accept returns received within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged and unopened, and in their original product packaging.
Customers will be issued a full refund of the value of the item purchased and any tax applied.
The original shipping charge is not refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Rose Botanica.

Do i have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Rose Botanica will ONLY pay for a return shipment if the products are received damaged.
May i add a gift message to my order?
Yes! When you add items to your cart, there is an option to "add a gift message or note" at the bottom of the cart, above "checkout."
