What are rose botanica’s shipping rates?

Standard shipping: $7.95
Complimentary shipping on all orders over $75.00
Overnight shipping - order by 1pm PT: $35.00

Orders must be received by 1pm PST Monday-Friday to be processed the same day. Orders received over the weekend and on major holidays will be processed the following business day. We do not currently offer Saturday delivery. Orders received on Friday selecting Priority/Overnight delivery will be delivered on Monday.

Where does rose botanica ship?

Rose Botanica ships to U.S. addresses excluding PO Boxes. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Do you offer gift-wrapping?

All shipments are complimentary gift wrapped.

What is the return policy?

Rose Botanica will accept returns received within 15 days of purchase. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and unopened in their original product packaging. Clients will be credited the value of the item purchased and any tax applied. The original shipping charge is not refundable.

Simply email help@rosebotanica.com for a return authorization number and shipping instructions, and we’ll send you credit for the unused products you send back once we receive them.
At this time, we cannot accept returns of opened products.

Do i have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Rose Botanica will ONLY pay for a return shipment if the products are received damaged.

How can i buy a Rose Botanica gift card?

On www.rosebotanica.com, you can buy a Rose Botanica Gift Card at www.rosebotanica.com/products/gift-cards and selecting a Gift Card amount. If you choose a Virtual Gift Card, you will need to include the recipient's name and e-mail address and select the date that you wish to send the Virtual Gift Card. The Virtual Gift Card will be e-mailed to the recipient on the date scheduled, provided that your full order has been processed and payment has cleared.

If you choose a Printed Gift Card, you will need to include the recipient’s name and shipping address. The Printed Gift Card will be delivered in Rose Botanica packaging.

In the case of both Virtual Gift Cards and Printed Gift Cards, you will have the option to include a personal message.

May i add a gift message to my order?

Yes, in Step 1 (Shipping) of the checkout process, you will find an option to enter a gift message.
